4 June 2024 PETROFAC SHARES RESTORED TO TRADING, PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL ACCOUNTS Petrofac announces that, following publication of the Group’s accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has restored the Company’s Ordinary Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 08.00 on 4 June 2024. A copy of the Company’s annual financial report is available on the website of the National Storage Mechanism.
