Invesco Digital Markets plc as issuer of the Secured Bitcoin-Linked Certificates (ISIN: XS2376095068) hereby notifies that as from 24 May 2024 certain amendments to the Conditions of the Secured Bitcoin-Linked Certificates have been made to reflect an amendment to the security interests securing the Secured Bitcoin-Linked Certificates. In particular, the security interests granted to the Security Trustee now, amongst others, also encompass a first fixed charge over the Issuer's rights, title and interest to the Underlying Cryptoassets. Further details regarding the amendments can be found in the First Supplement dated 28 May 2024 to the base prospectus dated 16 November 2023 in relation to the secured cryptocurrency linked certificates programme of Invesco Digital Markets plc which has been published on the website of the issuer under https://etf.invesco.com/de/institutional/de/product/invesco-physical-bitcoin/documents .
