Vienna, February 25, 2025 – The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding has prematurely extended the Executive Board mandate of Helmut Sorger for a period of three years until September 30, 2028. Helmut Sorger has been Chief Financial Officer of Semperit since October 1, 2022. Thomas Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of Semperit’s Supervisory Board: “Helmut Sorger has played a key role in shaping the strategic realignment of Semperit as a leading supplier of industrial elastomers. The extension of his contract is a sign of continuity and our ongoing strong focus on sustainably expanding our market position and cost leadership.
