Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Lucerne, 11 February 2025 – It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors of the Emmi Group announces the death of Board member Christina Johansson. The Board of Directors, Group Executive Management and employees of the Emmi Group extend their sincere condolences to her family and loved ones. Following an illness, Christina Johansson, member of the Board of Directors of the Emmi Group, passed away on Friday, 7 February 2025. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, Group Executive Management and all employees of the Emmi Group, Urs Riedener, Chairman of the Board of Directors, conveys his deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. Christina Johansson has been a valuable and much appreciated member of the Board of Directors of the Emmi Group since 2018. As a proven financial expert and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, she enriched the company with her expertise and broad industry experience, and contributed substantially to the success of the Group. “With Christina Johansson’s passing, we are losing a colleague who was very committed to Emmi until the very end. We will miss Christina very much and remember her with great respect,” says Urs Riedener. The Board of Directors of the Emmi Group will announce Christina Johansson’s successor in due course. Dominik Bürgy, Member of the Board of Directors, will chair the Audit Committee of the Emmi Group on an interim basis.
