Early extension of the management contract of the CEO, Robert von Wülfing, by a further five years Frankfurt / Main, 26 March 2025 The Supervisory Board of the Amadeus Fire Group (ISIN: DE0005093108, Prime Standard, SDAX) appointed its CEO, Robert von Wülfing, to the Management Board for a further five years at its meeting today. The Supervisory Board and von Wülfing signed the new Management Board contract, which runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030. “We are delighted to be able to continue the joint and successful path of the Amadeus Fire Group with Robert von Wülfing in the future. In view of the current challenges facing the German economy, the experience and expertise of Robert von Wülfing and his Management Board team is a particular strength of the Group,” said Christoph Groß, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Amadeus Fire AG, confirming the decision to extend the Management Board appointment at an early stage. Robert von Wülfing has been a member of the company's Management Board since 1 November 2012 and CEO of the Amadeus Fire Group since 1 January 2019.
