With reference to the ad hoc news of 1 November 2024 https://fox-em.com/de/newsfeed/adhoc/2874137/ , the board announces the following: Today the Cantonal Court of Appenzell Ausserrhoden has ordered to extend the preliminary order for creditors protection until 14 March 2025. This decision was reached after a lengthy and complex court hearing, during which the court could be convinced that there are still opportunities for a successful resolution available. However, the Court emphasized that the continuation of the proceedings beyond 14 March 2025 could only be considered if the group of companies receives at least CHF 350,000 or firm commitments for this amount by March 6, 2025. Conclusion: If this last opportunity fails, the group of companies will be put into insolvency.
