December 2023, the Supervisory Board Mr. Oswald Werle informed the company's Executive Board and Supervisory Board that he is resigning from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons with effect as of 31. January 2024. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board have taken note of this decision with regret and would like to thank Mr. Oswald Werle for his tireless commitment to the Enapter Group and the valuable contributions he has made over the years. The Supervisory Board of Enapter AG therefore consists of three members for the time being and therefore still has a full quorum.
