Frankfurt am Main, 08 December 2023 – The management of Booster Precision Components GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, ("BOOSTER") was today informed about the decision of the company's shareholders led by Private Equity Fund Halder Germany II GmbH & Co. KG to initiate a structured sales process with regards to the potential sale of BOOSTER. The sales process will be run by the investment bank Stephens. If the sales process resulted in a change of control of BOOSTER, the bondholders of BOOSTER would be entitled to demand a mandatory repurchase of their bonds in accordance with the bond terms and conditions.
