Aricolin Investments SA, Madrid, entered in the register under number A88243480 as issuer of the 2019 bearer bonds, ISIN: DE000A2R28T1 - WKN A2R28T, hereby announces that the term of the bond has been extended to 31 March 2025 by agreement with all creditors. The bonds will therefore now be repaid on 31 March 2025 at 100% of their nominal amount plus accrued interest and the profit participation specified in Section 2.1 of the bond terms and conditions, subject to termination in accordance with Section 7 of the bond terms and conditions. The amended bond terms and conditions were sent to all bondholders and will be deposited with Clearstream Banking AG as an annex to the global certificate.

According to Section 8 of the bond terms and conditions, announcements via the clearing system are deemed to have been made on the third day after notification to the clearing system.
